30-Day “Make It Right” Policy
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrectly ordered sizes
Incorrectly selected colors
Change of mind
If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
For the fastest resolution, include clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface, showing the tag and the issue. This helps us review and resolve your case quickly.
Cancellations & Order Changes
All products are made to order.
You may cancel or amend your order before it enters production.
Production may begin:
As soon as 2 hours after purchase for Rush shipping
Within 12 hours for Standard shipping
When the listing ends (whichever comes first)
Once your order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Afterpay Orders
If you placed your order using Afterpay and would like to cancel, please contact our Support Team.
Changes can be made through your confirmation email link until production begins.
Digital Products
Digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed.
For customers located in the UK or EU, digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the download has begun. Please see our Terms of Service for more information. If you have additional questions please see our digital product FAQs here.
If your digital product does not match what was advertised, please contact our Support Team.
Pre-Sale Orders
Pre-sale orders cannot be canceled once the pre-sale period has ended and production has begun.
Face Masks & Neck Gaiters
Face masks and neck gaiters are final sale items and cannot be returned for safety reasons.
If your item arrives defective, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Fulfillment Guarantee
Fulfillment time refers to the time required to produce your order and prepare it for shipment.
We guarantee to produce all orders and provide a tracking number within 10 business days of the order date.
Please note:
Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.
The 10-business-day guarantee does not apply to pre-order products.

Refund Processing Times
Refund timelines vary depending on your payment method:
PayPal
Refunds typically appear in your PayPal account within 24 business hours. You may need to transfer the funds back to your bank manually.
Credit/Debit Card
Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Prepaid Cards
Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid cards.
Afterpay
Refunds will appear as “Afterpay” in your account. Processing depends on how many installments have been paid. Please refer to Afterpay directly for installment-specific details.
Gift Returns & Exchanges
If you ordered or received a Spring product as a gift, our standard return policies apply.
EU Consumer Notice
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
Because Spring products are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse returns in accordance with applicable law.
