Can't Find Your Confirmation Email?
If you’re unable to locate your confirmation email:
Visit our order recovery page.
Enter the email address you used when placing your order.
We’ll resend your confirmation email.
Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive (in some cases, it may take up to an hour).
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.
Order Marked as Delivered?
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:
- We recommend contacting your local mail carrier or post office first.
- Sometimes packages are held at the post office or marked delivered slightly before they arrive.
