Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Option 1: Cancel from Your Confirmation Email
- Open your order confirmation email.
- Click Track Order.
- Select Cancel Order (if available).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is successful.
Option 2: Cancel from the Tracking Page
- Visit teespring.com/track.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select Cancel Order (if available).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email confirming the cancellation.
Don’t See the Cancel Option?
If the Cancel Order button is not available, your order has likely already entered production and can no longer be canceled.
