To avoid delays, please double-check your item selections and shipping address before completing checkout.
Timing for Order Changes
Rush orders: You have up to 2 hours from the time of purchase to request changes.
Standard orders: You have up to 12 hours, or until the listing ends (whichever comes first), to request changes.
Change requests must be submitted within this window and before production begins.
After Production or Shipment
Once production has started, we are unable to modify the items in your order.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If you entered an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly once tracking becomes available.
