Can I cancel or get a refund for a digital product?
Digital product orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been completed.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are typically accessible via email within one hour of successful payment. Because digital products are delivered electronically and made available shortly after successful payment, access to the download link confirms fulfillment of the order.
For customers located in the UK or EU, digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the download has begun, in accordance with applicable digital goods regulations. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.
If you believe your digital product is faulty or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us through the chat icon so we can review the issue.
How can I access my digital product?
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
An order confirmation email
A separate email containing your download link
The download link will remain available for as long as the digital product is made available for purchase.
If you do not see the email, please allow up to 60 minutes for delivery and check your spam or junk folder.
Is there a limit to how many times I can download my digital product?
No. There is currently no limit to the number of times you can download your purchase using the provided link.
Digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may not display them for download or export, resell, license, or otherwise distribute them for profit, including through other print-on-demand services, or use them in a way that competes with Spring’s business. Violations may result in account action in accordance with our Terms of Service.
I didn’t receive my confirmation or download email. What should I do?
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the emails to arrive, and check your spam or junk folder.
If you’re still unable to locate them, contact us via the chat icon and provide:
The name used on the order
The email address used at checkout
A link to the product listing
This will help us locate your order more quickly.
I’m having trouble downloading or opening my file
Common issues include:
Nothing happens when clicking the download link:
Try disabling browser extensions or using a different browser.
The file appears corrupted:
Delete the file and download it again.
The file won’t open:
You may need the appropriate software to open that file type. Please ensure you have the correct program installed, then try again.
