Accepted Payment Methods

When Am I Charged?
In most cases, your payment is processed immediately after placing your order.
However, some specialty listings (such as Gold Foil designs) require a minimum number of total purchases before production can begin.
For these listings:
You may see a pending charge at the time of purchase.
The charge will finalize once the minimum quantity requirement has been met.
If the minimum is not reached, your order will be canceled and the pending charge will automatically drop from your account.
Why Is My Charge Pending?
Credit & Debit Cards
A pending charge means your bank has authorized the transaction, but it has not yet fully processed.
For specialty listings with minimum order requirements, the charge will only be completed once production is guaranteed.
If the minimum is not met, the pending charge will be released by your bank.
PayPal Payments
When paying with PayPal, PayPal temporarily holds the funds once you submit payment.
Spring only captures the funds once your order is confirmed for production. If production does not proceed, the authorization is released.
If you have questions about how PayPal displays transactions, we recommend contacting PayPal directly.
Recurring Charges
Spring does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
If a Spring transaction appears as “Recurring” on your bank statement, please contact your bank for clarification.
Promo Codes
Both Spring and individual Creators may offer promo codes.
You can apply a promo code at checkout by selecting “I have a promo code” under your order summary.
Spring Promo Codes
Promo codes issued directly by Spring apply to eligible active listings across the platform.
Example: Promotions provided when signing up for text updates.
Creator Promo Codes
Creators may share promo codes through direct links, advertisements, or email.
If you receive a promotional email from a Creator through Spring, it will clearly state “A message from the Creator” at the beginning of the message.
Promo codes cannot be applied to Creator sample purchases.
